Terms of Service

Last updated: August 7, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and SylForge Labs LLC (“SylForge Labs,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using TruckingOps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use TruckingOps. If you have questions about these Terms, email Jason@SylForgeLabs.com.

2. The service

TruckingOps is fleet-operations software for FedEx Ground linehaul contractors. It includes dispatch management, driver schedules, payroll tools, driver messaging, document tracking, training, and integrations with third-party services (the “Service”). The Service is sold to trucking companies (each, a “Customer”), and Customers give their own users access to it.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
  • Company administrators are responsible for the users they invite and manage within their company’s account.
  • The person who creates a company account must be authorized to bind that company to these Terms.

4. Subscription and billing

  • The Service costs $15 per active truck, per month, billed through Stripe, our payment processor. Every feature — including Training and Payroll — is included at no additional cost.
  • New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
  • Your subscription quantity is synced to the number of active trucks in your account. Adding or deactivating trucks adjusts your next invoice automatically, with prorated charges or credits.
  • You can cancel anytime from your billing page. Your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before the new price takes effect.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Interfere with, abuse, or overload the Service or the systems it runs on.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without our written agreement.

6. Your data

The Customer owns the data it enters into the Service. We process that data on the Customer’s behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request an export or deletion of your data by emailing Jason@SylForgeLabs.com. After an account is closed, we may permanently delete its data 90 days after closure.

7. Third-party services

Payments are processed by Stripe. Integrations such as Motive and FedEx Ground connections use credentials that you supply and authorize. Those third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. If a third-party service changes or discontinues its interface, the related features of the Service may be affected.

8. Availability and support

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any specific uptime, and maintenance may occasionally cause interruptions. Support is provided by email at Jason@SylForgeLabs.com, with a response target of one business day.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In particular:

  • We are not responsible for FedEx settlement outcomes or for decisions FedEx makes about your contract or operation.
  • Payroll figures produced by the Service are a tool — the contractor is responsible for verifying their accuracy before paying anyone.
  • Nothing in the Service is tax, legal, or accounting advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SylForge Labs’ total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time — you can cancel from your billing page, and we may stop offering the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access for non-payment or for violating these Terms, and we will give you notice where practical before doing so.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington, and both parties consent to venue there.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will give notice by email or in the app and revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
